  • 1 Bowl Mushroom
  • 4 to 5 cloves of Garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • ½ cup Parsley
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • Salt to taste

Methods:

  • Take 1 bowl of mushrooms, rinse them with water, and put them in a strainer for a few minutes. 
  • Take 4 to 5 cloves of garlic and chop them into fine pieces. Chop ½ cup of parsley. Take 1 onion and cut it into thick slices.
  • Pour 1 tablespoon Olive oil into a thick non-stick pan and Keep your gas stove on medium-high heat. Once the oil gets heated, put the mushrooms in the non-stick pan. Give a few tosses so that the mushrooms get coated with olive oil.
  • Put the chopped onion and garlic in the pan and give a few tosses to mix well.
  • Pour 1 cup of vegetable broth and cover the pan with the lid to get cooked over the steam for about 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Remove the cover, stir the mushrooms and add ½ cup of Parsley and mix well.
  • Add ½ teaspoon Black pepper and salt to taste and mix well; add 1 tablespoon of butter and let the butter melt. Once the butter gets melted off the gas stove, it’s ready to serve.

2. Butter Garlic Green Beans:

Butter Garlic Green Beans are the best good sides for steak. It is very healthy and tasty; garlic boosts your immune system and improves it. It is easy to make and consumes less time to cook.

Ingredients:

  • 4 to 5 cloves of Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • ½ cup Chicken broth
  • 1 cup French Beans
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • Salt to taste

Methods:

  • Take a non-stick pan and put 1 tablespoon butter in the pan. Take 4 to 5 cloves of Garlic. Smash the garlic and put them in the pan. Once you feel the aroma of the garlic, pour ½ cup chicken broth into the pan.
  • Once the chicken broth starts to boil, put in 1 cup of french beans. Cover the pan with the lid for 5 minutes and cook on the steam.
  • Remove the cover, toss them, and cook for another 1 to 2 minutes. Once the water gets evaporated, sprinkle black pepper and salt to taste.

Roasted Crispy Potatoes are the best good sides for steak. It is so crispy and healthy. It is made with very few ingredients and without much hassle. You can use this recipe with any main dish.

Ingredients:

  • 1 bowl Potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon of butter or olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder

Methods:

  • Take some potatoes, cut them into ½ to ¾ inches cubes, and wash them 2 to 3 times with fresh water. Take a vessel, put water, and keep it to boil. Put the potatoes in the boiling water. Allow the potatoes to cook for 6 to 8 minutes. Don’t completely cook the potatoes; we just want to remove the starch from the potatoes. Put the potatoes in the strainer, drain all the water, and put them into the same vessel so that the potatoes leftover water will evaporate.  
  • Pour 1 tablespoon of butter or olive oil on the potatoes.
  • Sprinkle it with some Garlic powder, Black pepper powder, and salt; mix them slowly and transfer them to the parchment-lined baking sheet. 
  • Keep the tray in the oven for 425 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Once 15 to 20 minutes are done, take them out, give them a toss to avoid them from sticking, and put them again in the oven. 
  • You will see the golden and crispy texture on the side, and it will be soft from the inside. Toss it with some parsley leaves, and it’s ready to serve.

  • ¼ cup Carrot
  • ¼ cup Asparagus
  • 1 or 2 Onions
  • ¼ cup Broccoli
  • ¼ cup Sweet potatoes

  • ¼ cup Celery
  • 1 cup Canola oil
  • 1 cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic

Methods:

  • Take all the vegetables in a bowl-like Carrot, Asparagus, Broccoli, Potatoes, Sweet potatoes, Celery, and Onions, and cut them into ½ inch cubes. You can also add some vegetables of your choice.
  • Take a bowl and pour 1 cup Canola oil and 1 cup Balsamic Vinegar and mix them well. Put 1 teaspoon of Black pepper, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon minced garlic and mix them together. Pour them on the vegetable and make sure the vegetable gets well coated with the mixture.
  • Put the vegetable in the tray and Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  • Put the tray in the oven and cook for about 45 minutes or 1 hour. 
  • Take it out of the oven, transfer it to a serving bowl, and it’s ready to serve.

5. Balsamic Roasted Carrots:

Balsamic Roasted Carrots are good sides for steak. Carrots contain Vitamin C, Vitamin K, iron, and calcium. Vitamin C helps you boost your immune system and prevents from infection.   • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Methods:

  • Take 1 bowl of carrots, peel them, cut them into 1-inch cubes. Put the cut carrots in a bowl.
